We are packing and shipping your orders within 48 hours. Service providers are not guaranteeing ship times. Tracking orders does not give much clarity.
We are introducing a $5 flat rate for UPS Ground.
Please let us know if your order is greatly delayed or missing. We all need delicious coffee, especially now.
Shipping Domestic
We ship with US Postal Service, UPS and Fedex. We roast weekly to ensure that you receive freshly roasted coffee.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with our product we will issue a full refund or an exchange for another item of equal or greater value.
Please email us info@jamesolivercoffee.com with your order number and what items you would like refunded or exchanged.
